Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Postage.to "Win 100 Free Letters" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of any country worldwide who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Postage.to, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Postage.to ("Sponsor"). The Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 15, 2026, at 12:00 AM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and ends on February 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM GMT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

To enter, visit postage.to/sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form by providing your full name, valid email address, and country of residence. You must agree to these Official Rules and the Postage.to Privacy Policy to complete your entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

5. Bonus Entries

Entrants may earn additional entries ("Bonus Entries") by completing optional actions:

• Share on Twitter/X: +5 entries
• Share on Facebook: +5 entries
• Refer a friend (who completes a valid entry): +10 entries per referral
• Follow Postage.to on Instagram: +3 entries

Bonus entries are subject to verification. Fraudulent referrals or social shares will result in disqualification of all entries.

6. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:

• Grand Prize (1 winner): One hundred (100) letter credits redeemable on Postage.to, each valid for sending one standard letter (up to 3 pages) to any address worldwide. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $499 USD.
• Runner-Up Prizes (5 winners): Twenty-five (25) letter credits each, redeemable on Postage.to. ARV: $125 USD each. Total ARV for all Runner-Up Prizes: $625 USD.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,124 USD.

Letter credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Letter credits may not be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers. Additional pages beyond the standard 3-page limit will incur standard charges.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 15, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final.

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided upon entry. Potential winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the date of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Conditions of Participation

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor
• Release the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize
• Grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law)

9. Taxes

All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to provide tax identification information before receiving their prize.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at postage.to/privacy. By entering, entrants consent to receive promotional emails from Postage.to. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In such event, the Sponsor may select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Winners List

For a list of winners, available after March 1, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Postage.to Sweepstakes Winners, or email support@postage.to with the subject line "Sweepstakes Winners List."
