Getting Started

To send your first letter with Postage.to: 1. Upload your PDF document or write your letter directly on our platform 2. Enter the recipient's address details 3. Choose your delivery options (standard or priority) 4. Review and confirm your order 5. Complete payment using our secure checkout Your letter will be professionally printed and mailed within 1-2 business days.

Supported File Formats

We accept PDF files for letter content. Your PDF should be: • Maximum 10 pages per letter • Standard letter size (A4 or US Letter) • High quality for best printing results • Text-based content (images are supported but may affect print quality) If you need to convert other formats to PDF, there are many free online tools available.

Delivery Times and Tracking

Delivery times vary by destination: • Standard delivery: 5-15 business days • Priority delivery: 3-7 business days All letters include tracking information. You'll receive tracking details via email once your letter is dispatched. You can also check delivery status on our tracking page.
